There is no certainty except uncertainty when exercising leadership. I have used the
following
guidlines to help establish when it is time for me to get up on the balcony and (re)mobilize
resources:
1. Absolute Certainty : Either for or against anything
2. An emotional outburst by myself or someone responding emotionally to me. Harpstrings
are
being plucked and danger lurks.
3. If I have or have been attacked, marginalized, diverted, seduced, or assassinated.
4. Spider senses tingling
