The learning experiences
we create are built around research that assesses the context in which
initiatives are shaped, change programs defined and launched, new competitive approaches
created, and project teams are formed. Our team of experts has especially deep experience
using the thinking tool called LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™, in several different applications.
In partnership
with organizational sponsors we co-design learning experiences for managers to
discover insights and ideas. We begin by interpreting, client-specific management and
organizational issues using various data-gathering techniques. We deliver these innovative
learning experiences and research-based insights via an international network of seasoned
facilitators and affiliated researchers.
