We propose that
imagination is the source of meaningful responses to change and that serious
play is an effective way to draw on this human capacity.
The non-profit
Imagination Lab Foundation was created in mid-2000 with the generous
support of people who recognize the importance of play and imagination in human life. Today,
a range of private enterprises funds our activities, which include research projects with our
research team and learning experiences with our subsidary Imagination Academy
. Through
these activities, we bring innovative thinking, experiential learning approaches and solid research
methodologies to bear on important management challenges such as strategy in real time,
organizational transformation and team formation.
