This Leadership Paper/Website addresses the following areas:
Introduction to the ongoing intervention of my Master's Thesis (squandering of
Harvard's Resources/My own)
Use of technology to confront the adaptive challenge and promote dialogue
Documentation and sharing of Personal Resources (Documentation)
Documentation and sharing of Leadership Resources (as an activity and metaphor)
Definitions: Purpose: To promote learning and progress personally and publicly.
Learning: The process whereby an entity incorporates of more of reality.
Reality: The state of all that exists.
Progress: Increasing a systems repertoire of problem solving skills
Truth: The process of unconcealing loyalties.
I propose that resources are incapable of being mobilized when they are invisible and the majority of the resources my classmate and I possess are invisible to us, each other, and to our community. The mobilization starts at the individual level (personal) and through the production of this website and my interventions I hope to serve my purpose. |
